About Mona
Mona S. Khawaja recently joined Hive after working as a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young (EY) in Doha for 11 years. She left EY as a Senior Manager with a focus on business consulting services.
During her time at EY, she worked with a large number of clients across various industries including the government and public sector, aviation, education, hospitality, and banking. Her work involved conducting business process reviews, developing policies and procedures across various core and support functions, performing internal audits, establishing enterprise risk management processes, and carrying out corporate governance reviews.
Mona graduated from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing.
